4. Sparring headgear survey
SCALTRO uses Tally to conduct a survey to better understand combat athletes’ experiences, needs and requirements regarding headgear in sparring. The survey itself does not ask for your name or email address. SCALTRO evaluates the responses without directly attributing them to a specific individual. As part of technically providing the form, Tally may process form data and technical identification data. Survey results are used in particular for: Market research, User research, Product development, Validation of needs and requirements, Further development of SCALTRO.
5. Registration as a test participant
After completing the survey, participants can voluntarily register separately to be considered for possible future SCALTRO product tests. The registration may collect: Name, Email address, Combat sport, Country or region. This information is collected separately from the anonymously evaluated survey responses. We use this information solely to contact you regarding potential future SCALTRO product testing. Registration is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing: hello@scaltro.ch
6. Use of Tally
We use Tally for the survey and separate test-participant registration. Tally is an external provider of online forms and processes information submitted through the forms as part of technically providing the service. 7. Processing by external service providers
We use external technical service providers to operate the website and forms, in particular: Framer for the website and contact form, Tally for the survey and test-participant registration. When using these services, processing of data outside Switzerland cannot be completely excluded. Where required, the respective providers are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or where legal obligations require longer retention. Contact details of potential test participants are retained for as long as there is a realistic purpose for future product testing or until consent is withdrawn. Survey results may be analysed for product and market research and subsequently used in aggregated or anonymised form.
